Annual Inspections
Regular Maintenance
Regular Inspections are essential for the safe operation of your gas appliances. I offer standard annual inspections and comprehensive maintenance services to keep your gas equipment in top condition, including manufacturers recommended servicing, inspections, cleaning, and proactive repairs.
Price: £60 for an annual boiler inspection, or £95 for two gas appliances.
Repairs
Timely Solutions
BenriGaz are committed to provide prompt and efficient gas appliance repairs on boilers, hobs, cookers and fires competently.
Available for emergency call out within 24 hours (often the same day). If the issue cannot be resolved immediately I can offer alternate temporary heating until its fixed.
Price: £60 per hour plus parts

Looking to upgrade your gas appliances? I provide expert gas appliance installations tailored to your needs. Whether it's a new gas boiler, cooker, or hob, I ensure proper installation for optimal performance.

Landlords
Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
As a landlord letting a residential property, you have a legal duty to ensure it’s safe for your tenants. This means you’re required by law to get a 'Gas Safe Registered' engineer to do an annual gas safety check on all gas appliances. You’ll receive a copy of the inspection report to provide to your tenants.
Prices range from £80 to £110 depending on the number of gas appliances.
